How often are communal areas cleaned?
We clean shared spaces twice a month to keep everything looking its best.

Nope! Our rent is all-inclusive, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Is there a minimum or maximum tenancy period?
Most of our tenancies start at a minimum of 6 months, but reach out if you need something more flexible – we’ll do our best to help.
